SECTION A — Booking Terms and Conditions
Version 2.0 — May 2026
1. Applicability
These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Cruise Connect (ABN 40 186 866 891, ATAS A19409). By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Conditions.
2. Booking Process and Confirmation
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.
All bookings are subject to availability and travel provider confirmation.
A valid deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with a summary of your itinerary and these Conditions.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until paid in full.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges imposed by the cruise line or other suppliers.
Payment methods and deadlines will be specified at the time of booking. Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of your booking and cancellation fees.
4. Fees
We charge certain fees for providing booking and advisory services to you. These fees represent the work done to arrange the travel product and liaise with travel providers. The fees are applicable even if the travel product is not used and/or the travel product is cancelled by us or the travel provider, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

These fees are in addition to any fees or non-refundable components charged by the travel providers as detailed in their relevant terms and conditions.
5. Passports and Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport with sufficient validity for your trip.
It is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your passport details. Name changes may incur additional fees from the travel provider(s).
We recommend you check visa requirements for all destinations included in your booking itinerary.
6. Traveller Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including names as per passport, dietary requirements, and any disabilities or medical conditions that may require specific accommodations.
You are responsible for completing all online registration forms required by the travel providers before travel documents are released.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us for assistance with this.
7. Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellation fees apply to all cancellations, and the amount will vary depending on the booking provider and the time of cancellation.
Amendment fees may also apply for changes to your booking after confirmation.
All cancellation and amendment requests must be made in writing to us.
Cancellation fees are detailed in Section 4 above.
8. Travel Provider Terms and Conditions
In addition to these Conditions, you are also subject to the terms and conditions of the travel provider you are booking with. We recommend that you review these terms carefully.
Links to commonly used travel provider terms and conditions are provided in Section 12 below.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cruise Connect acts as a booking agent for cruise lines and other travel suppliers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, or other problems caused by cruise lines or other suppliers.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Conditions will be resolved by the courts of Victoria.
